Eight dead after East Harlem buildings collapse

At least seven people have died after a residential building in East Harlem collapsed following an explosion Tuesday morning, the FDNY reported. A gas leak reportedly caused the buildings at 1646 Park Avenue, near 116th Street, to collapse. Dozens were injured and others missing.
