An Atlanta-based law firm has leased new digs at a Midtown East office tower.
The law firm of Hawkins, Parnell Thackston & Young leased 12,487 s/f on the 8th floor of SL Green’s 36-story tower at 600 Lexington Avenue.
Transwestern brokers Mimi Hockman and Kyle Williams represented the firm in the seven-year lease, while Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord. The nationwide firm also has offices in Georgia, Texas, California, South Carolina and Missouri. Major tenants of the building include MKP Capital Management, Samson Capital Advisors, Element Capital Management, Boodell & Company Capital, Falcon Investment Advisors.
SL Green purchased the 303,515 s/f office building in 2010 in a joint venture with Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, then re-positioned the building with an upgraded lobby and building upgrades.
