Salon brand Frédéric Fekkai signs lease at One Grand Central Place in Midtown

Hair care products brand Frédéric Fekkai has just signed a long-term lease for its New York City offices at One Grand Central Place.

The deal boosts Fekkai’s footprint in New York City. Currently, the company has four salons in the city. Its flagship, located at the fourth floor of 712 Fifth Avenue, opened in 2006.

“Fekkai is a strong global brand and we are delighted to welcome the company to One Grand Central Place,” said Thomas P. Durels, Executive Vice President and Director of Leasing and Operations for ESRT.  “We continue to attract quality tenants to One Grand Central Place due to its convenient central location with in-building access to Grand Central Terminal.”

One Grand Central Place is a 55-story tower that sits across from Grand Central Terminal. Current tenants include Allianz, 3i and Pine Brook Partners.

Neal Tewani of KNP Realty LLC represented Fekkai Retail LLC in the lease negotiations.  Meanwhile, Julie Christiano and Lindsay Godard represented ESRT along with William Cohen and Andrew Weisz of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
