Keller Williams NYC (KWNYC) is rolling out a new website feature, Chart Room.
Powered by real estate data tracker UrbanDigs, Chart Room features real-time market data that provides insights into the buying and selling of New York City real estate.

Chart Room makes it easier for KWNYC agents help their clients and consumers understand Manhattan market data through free online graphs and chart tools.
Consumers will be able to go onto the KWNYC website and create customized charts by neighborhood, property type, price range, days on market and price per square feet.
