Former Eastern Consolidated brokers launch investment sales firm

Two former Eastern Consolidated senior directors—Rubin Isak and Lev Kimyagarov—announced the launch of a new investment property sales firm, Goldenwood Property Advisors.

Less than two months after Eastern Consolidated announced it was shutting down its business, the duo is launching their firm along with fellow Eastern Consolidated alums Mark Pietrogiacomo, who will be vice president of operations for Goldenwood Property Advisors; Alex Isak, director; Michael Musto, director; and Jonathan Sherman, analyst.

Rubin Isak

“I’m very excited to be launching Goldenwood Property Advisors with Lev and our outstanding team,” said Isak in a press release. “Together, we have extensive market expertise gained from decades of working in the New York City metro area, and a proven track record of success of attaining maximum value for clients.”

“We’ll be taking a strategic approach to each assignment, advising property owners on the best approach to take to achieve their goals. In some cases this may mean offering a property off-market to a select group of targeted buyers, executing a full marketing strategy, or even advising our client not to sell and instead reposition the asset,” said Kimyagarov.

Lev Kimyagarov

Since 2006, Isak has been involved in the sale of more than $375 million worth of commercial/investment real estate. He was recognized by Costar as a Power broker for Queens and Long Island.

Isak began his investment sales career at Massey Knakal Realty Services as director of sales and later founded several investment property sales firms before joining Eastern Consolidated as a senior director in the investment property sales

division. Born in Brooklyn and raised in Queens, Isak earned a BBA degree in international marketing from Baruch College.

Kimyagarov has arranged more than $450 million in transactions for 100 properties in the New York City metro area with a particular focus on the Upper Manhattan market.

In addition to serving as a senior director in the investment sales division at Eastern Consolidated, Kimyagarov was the senior director in the capital markets group of Cushman & Wakefield. Previously, he served as a director of sales at Massey Knakal Realty Services. Kimyagarov graduated from York College with a degree in Business Management, and is fluent in Russian.
