Celebrity trainer Tony Molina signs lease for top-floor loft in Midtown

Celebrity trainer Tony Molina has picked up a new gym location.

Molina, who’s known for training famous clients such as Ralph Lauren and Live Schreiber, signed a seven-year lease at 56 West 45th Street. He will transform the 17th-floor loft into a “high-end boutique fitness center” called MPR Fitness after his trademarked “Multiple Planes of Resistance” training method.

Eastern Consolidated brokers James Famularo and Ravi Idnani represented Molina, who toured more than 30 spaces before deciding on the top floor office building. James Bullaro of Gatsby Realty represented the landlord.

“He ultimately selected this Midtown office building because of the high density of professionals working in the area, making it an ideal site for his private clients,” Idnani said.

Molina, a 25-year veteran of the personal fitness industry, specializes in pre- and post-operative and pre- and post-natal conditioning, weight loss, injury rehabilitation as well as sports conditioning.
