Kushner Companies LIVWRK, and RFR signed a ten-year, 13,500 s/f lease with creative agency B-Reel at 77 Sands Street.
The lease adds to anexpanding roster of innovation economy tenants at Dumbo Heights, a 1.2 million square foot mixed-use urban campus currently under construction in Brooklyn. The company is relocating from SoHo.
B-Reel’s creates brands and ad strategies for companies such as Google, Facebook, Nike and MTV.
It will occupy a 12th floor space with windows on three sides. Jason Frazier of CBRE represneted B-Reel. The landlord was represented by Sacha Zarba and Jeff Fischer of CBRE and in-house by Daniel Bodner of Kushner Cos.
