The financial firm will relocate from 601 Lexington Avenue.

“It was imperative that KGS-Alpha find a convenient location that would enable talent recruitment, easy access to public transport and be in close proximity to desirable amenities such as restaurants and retail. The Grand Central submarket fulfilled these requirements and SL Green’s ability to deliver a turn-key solution fortified KGS-Alpha’s choice,” said Jeffrey Peck, executive managing director of Savills Studley, who represented the tenant.

Daniel Horowitz and Chris Foerch of Savills Studley represented KGS alongside Peck.

The Cushman and Wakefield team comprised of Tara Stacom, Barry Zeller, Justin Royce, and Matthias Li, acted on behalf of the landlord.
