Venture capital move at 183 Mad

Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) has negotiated a new lease on behalf of APF Properties for Alumni Ventures Group at 183 Madison Avenue in New York City.

Executive Managing Directors Andrew Sachs and Tim Gibson, Managing Director Josh Gosin, Associate Director Brittany Reisman and Associate Morgan Feldman of NKF represented the landlord. Jason Frazier of CBRE represented the tenant in the transaction.

Alumni Ventures Groupwill open its first-ever New York City office in the space. The firm has signed a long-term lease for 11,006 s/f on the 18th floor. The landlord will provide a new installation for the Alumni Ventures Group.

“Leasing activity has accelerated in recent months at 183 Madison, a testament to the quality of the office space and the unique building attributes,” said Sachs.

In 2019, NKF and APF Properties leased 75,954 s/f to tenants including Learfield, Divergent, Integral Renovation and Ajour USA.
