JLL brokers fintech lease at Rudin’s 1675 Broadway

JLL has completed a new sublease transaction for Exiger Holdings Inc. at 1675 Broadway.

The leader in tech-enabled financial crime, risk and compliance solutions inked a 30,900 s/f sublease at the 800,000 s/f office building owned by Rudin Management Co.

Exiger was represented by JLL’s Mitchell Konsker, vice chairman, and Simon Landmann and Nicholas Gentilesco, executive vice presidents. The sublandlord was represented by Paul Myers and John Maher, vice chairman; Gregg Rothkin and Michael Wellen, executive vice presidents; Alexander Bennisato, senior vice president; and Cara Chayet, vice president, with CBRE Group Inc.

“JLL is pleased to continue its long-standing partnership with Exiger,” said Landmann. “We congratulate the firm on its continued growth and the relocation of its New York City headquarters to 1675 Broadway.”

Exiger inked an 11-year sublease for 30,900 square feet of office space and will occupy the entire 15th floor and a portion of the 16th floor at 1675 Broadway. It is relocating to the building from 1095 Avenue of the Americas.
