Urban Edge Properties announced that Maimonides Medical Center has leased 9,500 s/f at Kingswood Crossing along King’s Highway in Brooklyn’s Midwood neighborhood.
Slated for orthopedic medical offices, the Class A space provides a central, transit-oriented location for convenient employee and patient access with desirable and essential retail at the base of the building.
The new office will offer employees and patients sweeping views, and an abundance of natural light from a full floor roof deck and floor-to-ceiling windows.
The ground-up redevelopment of Kingswood Crossing into a modern mixed-use retail and office building was completed in 2019 and now offers the submarket’s largest and best-in-class office floorplates, ceiling heights, loading and parking, and boasts features seldom found in Central Brooklyn.
Two additional top floors, up to 40,000 square feet combined, are still available for lease.
