Bonnaroo organizer Superfly signs lease at ATCO’s 381 Park Avenue South

Creative company Superfly Productions, LLC has leased 16,267 s/f of office space for its new Manhattan headquarters at ATCO Properties & Management’s 381 Park Avenue South.

The company’s new lease covers the entire 16th floor and penthouse level of the 220,000 s/f boutique class A property on the corner of East 27th Street.

With unobstructed views throughout, the space features exposed ceilings flooded with daylight from multiple skylights and windows on four sides.

Architectural design services are currently underway by a collaboration of Essential Design + Build, LLC and a team from the B Sherman Workshop. The firm expects to relocate from 25 East 21st Street to the building in September 2016.

Superfly was represented by Marco Ellman, President of Ellman Realty Advisors in the 10-year transaction, while ATCO Brokerage Services’ President John Cinosky and Senior Managing Director Peter Goldich represented the landlord in-house. Asking rents were $68 per square foot.

Founded in 1996, Superfly produces large-scale events such as Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival in Tennessee and the Outside Lands festival in San Francisco.
