Retro diner Hail Mary to open in 68 Greenpoint Avenue in Brooklyn

ABS Partners just signed a lease for a new restaurant called Hail Mary in Greenpoint.

The restaurant, which will eventually be open 24/7, is reminiscent of a classic NY/NJ diner and is slated to open in June.

A new dining concept created by Sohla and Ham El-Wally, Hail Mary signed a long-term lease for 3,300 s/f at 68 Greenpoint Avenue in Brooklyn (next to Paulie Gee’s).  The restaurant will combine the casual, retro ambiance of a late-night diner with modern cooking techniques.

The restaurant will use locally sourced ingredients and will eventually be open 24/7.

Dean Valentino of ABS Partners Real Estate represented the tenant. David Gaidowski of Miron Properties represented the landlord, Quaker Buildings. Asking rent was $85 psf on the ground floor.
