Lee & Associates NYC has represented JW Player, a leading video software and data insights platform, in a 12,044 square foot office lease at 530 Seventh Avenue in the Garment District.
JW Player pioneered online video capabilities, as creators of the world’s first open-source video player in 2008, and has since expanded to video hosting, streaming, advertising, and analytics.
A Lee & Associates NYC team of Alan Friedman and Woody King represented JW Player. A CBRE team of Paul Amrich, Neil King, Alexander Golod, and Maxwell Tarter represented the landlord, Savitt Partners, alongside an internal team of Brian Neugeboren, Nicole Goetz, and Bob Savitt.
