425 Lexington Avenue

SL Green Realty Corp. has signed two leases at 485 Lexington Avenue, one an accounting firm, the other a business consulting firm.

Crowe LLP, the accounting consulting firm, signed a 10-year, 44,493-s/f lease for the entire 11th floor. Tailwind Management, a business management consultant, signed a six-year lease renewal covering its existing 14,206-s/f space occupying the entire 23rd floor.

“We’re delighted to welcome Crowe to 485 Lexington Avenue and to further extend our valued relationship with Tailwind Management,” said Steven Durels, executive vice president and director of leasing and real property for SL Green. “These leases re-affirm the strong tenant demand for well located, modernized buildings in East Midtown Manhattan.”

Located between 46th and 47th Streets, 485 Lexington Avenue is two blocks from Grand Central Terminal.

The building features extended HVAC hours, new destination dispatch elevators, a 100-car on-site parking garage, and an elegant lobby. Other major tenants include Travelers Indemnity Company, Xerox, Konica Minolta Business Solutions, Phillips Nizer, Fidelity National Title Insurance and Golden Tree Asset Management.

Crowe LLP was represented by Adam Ardise, Steve Bellwood, John Harris and John Crisp of Cushman & Wakefield, while the landlord was represented by Paul Glickman, Alex Chudnoff, Diana Biasotti, Ben Bass and Jon Fanuzzi of Jones Lang LaSalle. Tailwind Management was represented by Michael Movshovich, Ben Friedland and Evan Fiddle of CBRE and the landlord was represented in-house by SL Green.
