Avison Young has arranged a 30,000-s/f industrial lease renewal for Superior Cold Storage & Logistics, LLC at 1161 E Broad Street in Elizabeth, NJ.
Superior Cold Storage, a family-owned and operated refrigerated warehouse space provider for food services companies in New Jersey, agreed to renew its lease at the 1161 E Broad Street facility where it has been since opening the business in 2014. The facility is owned by Linden Realty.
An Avison Young team comprised of Ed English, Ron Ganter, Tom Giannone and Paul Errigo, all based in Avison Young’s Metropark office, represented the tenant in the negotiations. Jason Crimmons with Blau & Berg represented the property owner in the transaction.
