RKF has arranged three leases for Pret A Manger (Pret) at 60 Broad Street in FiDi, 530 Seventh Avenue in the Fashion District and 125 Chambers Street in TriBeCa.
Ariel Schuster, Jackie Totolo and Michael Paster are the exclusive tenant representatives for Pret A Manger in New York and represented the tenant in all three transactions. “With its strategic expansion throughout New York City’s key neighborhoods, Pret A Manger has now become a go-to staple in Manhattan,” said Schuster.
“The brand’s ability to identify and cater to high-traffic office markets with discerning lunchtime crowds helps ensure Pret’s continued success in New York. We look forward to bringing Pret to additional locations.”
Pret expanded its lease at 530 Seventh Avenue, committing to an additional 1,300 s/f. It originally opened at 530 Seventh Avenue in 2001 occupying 1,700 s/f. Savitt’s Brian Neugeboren, Bob Savitt and Nicole Goetz acted on behalf of the ownership.
