Hudson Yards announced new restaurant concepts to its dining collection: Mercado Little Spain’s three full-service restaurants Leña, Mar and Spanish Diner; Kāwi and Peach Mart from Momofuku; and Wild ink from rhubarb hospitality.
The renowned Estiatorio Milos will also introduce a Greek wine bar concept to be located on the first level of its bi-level restaurant.
These restaurants will be joined by outposts of New York confectioners William Greenberg Desserts, Li-Lac Chocolates and Dylan’s Candy Bar.
The latest additions to the Hudson Yards Dining Collection join a group of approximately 25 restaurants and food concepts co-curated by Chef Thomas Keller and Related Urban President and CEO and restaurateur Kenneth A. Himmel.
“Restaurants are the soul of a neighborhood where people gather with friends and family, celebrate life’s milestones, start their day with a cup of coffee, or relax after a day of work,” said Himmel.
“The collection of restaurants at Hudson Yards was curated to meet the varied dining needs of the residents, employees and visitors who will share our exceptional culinary experiences.”
