The Hudson Companies and ABS Partners Real Estate LLC, announced the start of construction at the Breeze, a three-story creative office building in East Williamsburg that will soon be home to approximately 100,000 s/f of office and retail space, including a rooftop bar, restaurant and event space that will hold almost 400 people.
Hudson is the project’s developer, while ABS is its exclusive leasing broker.
In addition to the rooftop penthouse that will feature a large open terrace, the project includes more than 8,000 s/f of programmed outdoor space comprising a 6,000 s/f yard being converted into a landscaped tenant amenity area with outdoor seating, and a new 2,000 s/f adjoining retail arcade, branded the Breezeway, which will provide a unique shopping experience and connect the north and south sides of the building.

As part of the conversion, the entire complex, located at 315 Meserole Street, will receive new building systems, as well as new tenant lobbies, common bathrooms, storefronts and a private bike parking room. The design for the project is led by S9 Architecture and move-ins are expected in late Summer of 2018.The project is being constructed by JODI Realty, LLC, a part of the Sisca Organization family of companies.
