Adams & Co. Real Estate announced that Public Clothing Company, which markets and distributes upscale men and women’s fashion brands, has signed a 17,610 s/f, 12-year lease at 151 West 26th Street.
The New York-based firm will utilize the full seventh floor space for its offices and a showroom.
Jeff Buslik and David Levy of Adams & Co. represented the tenant, while Max P. Koeppel of Koeppel Rosen LLC represented the landlord, the Rosen family, in the transaction. “Public Clothing Company wanted to establish a more long-term presence in both the NoMad and Chelsea areas and this location offered the best of both neighborhoods.
“The spacious layout and the ability to house its offices and showroom all on one floor made this space the perfect fit for the firm to continue its rapid growth,” said Buslik.
“We are excited to welcome Public Clothing Company to 151 West 26th Street,” said Koeppel. “The growing fashion firm is a terrific addition to our diverse tenant roster.”
According to Koeppel, the office portion of the property now is 100 percent occupied, and Koeppel Rosen will soon be marketing a 2,596 s/f ground-floor
retail space that recently became available.
Other retail tenants at the property include Crompton Ale House, and Our/New York Vodka, the first distillery in Manhattan since Prohibition.
