OC&C Strategy Consultants has inked a 13,203 s/f headquarters office lease at Boston Properties’ 250 West 55th Street.
The commitment allows the London-based international consulting firm to grow by roughly 50 percent and also brings 250 West 55th Street to full occupancy.

A CBRE team of Peter Turchin, Arkady Smolyansky, Christie Harle and Caroline Merck of CBRE lead the leasing campaign for the Boston Properties-owned building.
David Stockel, also of CBRE, represented OC&C Strategy Consultants in the lease negotiations.
“OC&C required additional space to house its growing U.S. operations and this rare high-end Class A availability in a building of the quality of 250 West 55th Street — with its dramatic floor slab heights and 8-foot vision glass windows — offered the ideal opportunity for the consulting firm,” said Stockel.
“The space was already built out to high standards and the ownership will make a number of modifications to accommodate the tenant’s desired layout.”
OC&C plans to relocate its U.S. headquarters from 545 Madison Avenue to its new space at 250 West 55th Street by mid-year 2020.
The property at 250 West 55th Street is a nearly one million s/f, 38-story office building featuring a full acre, 50-foot podium and a set-back slender tower. The LEED Gold building offers park views, a tree-lined garden on the third floor, 14-ft. slab heights with no interior columns and above standard infrastructure.
