ABS Partners Real Estate announced that fabrication lab and innovation studio, Collab signed a new lease for the entire 12,000 s/f building located at 309 Starr Street in Bushwick.
The tenant is moving from SoHo, where they were located for nine years.
309 Starr Street, which is owned by Happier Two Productions, LLC, offers 22 ft. ceilings and a 2,000 s/f front yard.
ABS Partner’s Ben Waller represented both the ownership and the tenant in the transaction. “We are seeing more and more innovative companies like Collab seeking space in Bushwick,” said Waller.
“While the occupancy cost is substantially less than Manhattan, these companies are even more attracted to the types of flex spaces and the proximity to their workforce that the neighborhood has to offer.”
Collab designs products, develops solutions and builds experiential marketing installations in-house for its clients.
