Avison Young lands gig at 801 Second Avenue

Avison Young has been named the exclusive leasing agent for 801 Second Avenue, a 175,000 s/f 22-story office building in Midtown East on the southwest corner of 43rd Street.

Todd Korren and Michael Frantz have been tapped to market the available space, which includes the entire 8,850 s/f ninth floor.
