Denham Wolf Real Estate Services, a full service brokerage, consulting, development, and project management firm, has doubled the size of its offices.
The company has signed a five-year lease to occupy 6,400 s/f of space on the 25th floor of 520 Eighth Avenue.
Denham Wolf has maintained a presence in Manhattan’s Garment District since its founding in 1998. In this relocation, the 15-person firm has chosen to remain in the same building complex in which it has operated for nearly 14 years.
Previously housed in a 3,000 s/f floor at 266 West 37th Street, Denham Wolf will now be situated in the building in which they have placed a number of their clients.
“Our firm is growing,” said Denham Wolf co-president Paul Wolf, “and as demand for expertise in the nonprofit real estate sector grows, Denham Wolf is looking to further support our clients with expert teams in arts and culture, medical, education, and supportive housing sectors.”
The Eighth Avenue and 37th Street offices are part of a three building complex managed by Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Eric Gural and Matt Mandel of Newmark represented the landlord. Denham Wolf represented itself.
