BOMA Westchester elects Curtis, Tangredi, Paktinat, Molloy as 2018 officers

The Building Owners and Managers Association of Westchester County has announced the election of its slate of officers for the 2018 term.

Susan Curtis, Senior Property Manager, RPA, FMA of RXR Realty, was elected President.

Curtis, who manages RXR’s portfolio in Westchester and Connecticut, was sworn in with the rest of the slate at BOMA Westchester’s Annual Holiday Party and Inauguration of Officers at Westchester Hills Golf Club in White Plains.

Other officers elected and sworn in for the 2018 term were: Vice President: Scott Tangredi of Reckson, a Division of SL Green. Secretary: Cameron Paktinat of William Warren Group. Treaurer: Caroline Molloy of Cushman & Wakefield.

The following Directors were also elected: Vinny Finnegan of Gedney Way Consultants LLC; John Lomurno of GlobeOp Financial Services LLC; Stephanie Manfredi of Colliers International; Edward Miller of Celestial Capital Group LLC; Immediate Past President: William Bassett of Cushman & Wakefield; Allied Representative: Robert Lupica of JP McHale Pest Management; Public Relations Advisor: Dean Bender of Thompson & Bender .
