Newmark brings beauty and wellness to Stamford

Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) announced the 26,500 s/flease at 750 East Main Street in Stamford, Connecticut.

The office space was leased by PDC Beauty & Wellness Co., a global beauty and wellness company.

Landlord representation was provided by Forstone’s Director of Business Development Scott Raasch. The NKF team was led by Senior Managing Director Tim Rorick and Managing Director Torey Walsh.

“We are pleased to have assisted PDC Beauty & Wellness with finding a new corporate headquarters,” said Rorick. “The modern space in the building and proximity to downtown Stamford make this an ideal choice for PDC.”

750 East Main Street is located in downtown Stamford. The building is newly renovated and features a full amenity package, including train shuttle, cafeteria, boardroom, game room and fitness center. The property provides on-site covered parking and easy access to I-95. In addition, the site is within walking distance of the Stamford Transportation Center (which includes MetroNorth, Amtrak and Regional Bus) and other downtown amenities.

PDC Beauty & Wellness Co. will occupy the entire ninth floor and a significant portion of the tenth floor.
