Winick Realty Group President Steven E. Baker, Aaron S. Fishbein and Jeremy Wintner have been named the exclusive brokers marketing a high-visibility corner retail opportunity in the heart of Midtown West.
Owned by Fetner, the retail at 561 10th Avenue sits at the base of The Victory, a 420-unit luxury rental building located on the Northwest corner of West 41st Street.
