William Pitt-Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty announced two new senior leadership positions.
Carolyn Fugere will serve as Vice President of Strategic Growth, and Lily Stelluti as Director of Agent Success.
Carolyn Fugere brings nearly 20 years in real estate to her new role overseeing the company’s strategic growth plan, with expertise in managing, marketing and selling in suburban, urban and rural markets.
She has previously led the firm’s operations in Larchmont, NY, Litchfield County, Conn., and the Berkshires, Mass.
She is a recent two-time William Pitt-Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty Manager of the Year award recipient.
Lily Stelluti will oversee training for the firm’s sales force of over 1,000 real estate professionals.
She brings a media-infused background including training, development and managerial experience with media companies such as Apple and Universal McCann.
She most recently served as Marketing Manager with William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty’s Darien and Rowayton, Conn., brokerages.
Her dedication to agent development garnered her the company’s June Ruggiero Employee Achievement Award in 2017.
Both Fugere and Stelluti will operate from the company’s real estate training facility, known as the Imagine Lab.

Michael Chapman, a top-producing broker with more than 20 years of experience, has joined Douglas Elliman.
Chapman joins the firm from Stribling, alongside team member, Amanda Miller.
He brings a great deal of experience and new development expertise, overseeing the sales and marketing for 17 new development projects in both Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Chapman closed $89 million in sales in 2018 alone including the sellout 63 Greene Street and $28 million in contracts signed at 211 Schermerhorn in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn.
At Stribling, he was a member of their Chairman’s Circle and successfully marketed 17 new development projects in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Chapman and Miller will be working out of Elliman’s 575 Madison Avenue location in Manhattan.

Citi Habitats has welcomed Allen Reiver to the role of Rental Manager at the firm’s Greenwich Village office.
He will work alongside Senior Managing Director, Eric Kidhardt.
In his new position, Reiver will be responsible for fielding first-time inquiries from customers – and then pairing them with the right agent based upon their specific criteria.
He will also work one-on-one with both new and experienced agents to help them set goals and develop individual business plans.
Reiver has over 12 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Citi Habitats, he worked as an agent assistant fat Halstead.
He held a similar role at Compass in addition to working as a successful independent agent in New York, Washington D.C. and Virginia.
As a long-time employee of Gap, Inc., he was able to rise through the ranks, becoming a training and development manager.
He is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University.

Led by Todd Vitolo and Susanne Columbia, the team has sold over $1 billion in real estate and has over 28 years combined experience.
Todd C. Vitolo has been a licensed associate real estate broker for 15 years.
Before entering the real estate field, he was a commercial litigation attorney in New York. He graduated from George Washington University in Washington, DC and New York Law School.
Vitolo is licensed to represent portfolio developer clients and has headed sales for several new developments with sellouts totaling more than $250 million.
Susanne V. Columbia has been a licensed associate real estate broker for 17 years. She has been ranked among the top one percent of agents every single year since she started.
The team includes Ryan Gloor, sales partner, Linda Tempelfelde, sales partner and Dayanne Costa, sales associate.
