Houlihan Lawrence has announced the addition of five new agents to its Riverside, CT office.
Brian Amen has nearly 15 years of experience in real estate sales, with prior experience as a mortgage broker.
He comes to Houlihan Lawrence from Coldwell Banker, where he achieved the level of President’s Circle, ranked about 40th out of 2,200 agents in 2018 in all of Connecticut and Westchester. Previously, Amen worked at Sotheby’s International Realty and William Raveis Real Estate.
With 16 years of experience in real estate sales, MaryDana McCann also comes to Houlihan Lawrence from Coldwell Banker. She was previously at William Raveis.
Rebecca Karson comes to the real estate field with more than 20 years as a home stager, interior designer, shop owner and art director and prop stylist for TV shows.
Karson has designed, built and renovated several homes throughout Greenwich.
Emily Martin most recently worked as an Events Producer for Sebass Events, which produces events for nonprofits throughout Greenwich, including the Greenwich Hospital Foundation, Pacific House and the Greenwich International Film Festival.
Previously she worked in marketing and social media for Moffly Media and HBO.
Elsa Case has more than 15 years of experience in marketing, publishing and broadcast media, most recently as VP/Events for Tribune Publishing, where she oversaw national events across all of the company’s markets.
Previously she was Director, Marketing Events and Sales for Tribune Media in West Hartford, CT.

Houlihan Lawrence announced the addition of New York City agent Kathryn Kempton to the firm’s Bronxville team.
Most recently, Kempton worked as an agent at Stribling & Associates, covering both the Brooklyn and Queens markets.
Prior to entering real estate, she held executive administrative roles at both Glocap and Citigroup, and worked with the Boston Fire Department as a fire prevention photographer and instructor to emergency medical technicians.
At Houlihan Lawrence, Kempton will specialize in the Lower Westchester communities of Bronxville, Eastchester, Mount Vernon, Tuckahoe and Yonkers.

Mirador Real Estate has welcomed Nicholas Zampetis to run its Client Concierge Team.
Zampetis will be responsible for mentoring Mirador’s sales team in conducting market research and matching the company’s clients with the best possible agent for their individual needs.
Zampetis has over a decade of real estate experience, most recently as Senior Business Consultant at Zillow, where he provided mentoring and education to agents at various firms who participate in the Premier Agent Program.
His previous experience includes customer relations for City Realty and Douglas Elliman, as well as managerial roles with Coldwell Banker/Bellmarc.
Zampetis graduated from Connecticut School of Broadcasting with a degree in Radio/TV and Media communications.

She was unanimously selected by the Banquet Committee to receive the prestigious award. This is the second time she is receiving this honor, the first in 2005
Cesaro-Benson is an expert in the lower Westchester County and the Bronx real estate markets.

She will work from the brokerage’s Upper East Side office, led by Senior Managing Director, Brian Ullman.
With over a decade of real estate experience, Rouse has specific expertise in the Astoria and Long Island City neighborhoods of Western Queens. She is the number one sales agent in the area, and works with both buyers and sellers alike.
She also is skilled in new development marketing and has sold-out several luxury buildings, including The Adriaen and The Lincoln where achieved record price for the neighborhood.
Prior to joining Citi Habitats, Rouse was at Bond New York.
Before embarking on her real estate career, she worked in cosmetics and fragrance marketing for such brands as Estee Lauder, Sean John and Tom Ford.
Rouse holds two Associates degrees and a Bachelor of Science degree from The Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan.

March will be responsible for mentoring Mirador agents, marketing the firm’s exclusive institutional developers and positioning Mirador to obtain exclusive sales developments.
He will be spearheading major strategic shifts by implementing progressive operational processes, technology and marketing techniques to represent institutional developers, landlords, investors, buyers, sellers and renters.
March comes to Mirador with 12 years of sales experience, most recently as Sales Director at LG Fairmont, where he coached agents, optimized operations, executed multi-platform marketing campaigns and closed over $500 million in sales transactions. To date, he has managed and trained over 500 agents.
Between 2011 and 2014, March was the senior digital sales manager of Ntent/Vertical Search Works the advertising technology partners for Viacom, Meredith and Scripps Networks.
March has completed degrees at the Institute of Audio Research and St. John’s University in Audio Engineering and Advertising Communications, respectively.
