DONE DEALS: An open & closed case in Greenwood Heights

The Mike & Marta Team at Compass just closed on a Greenwood Heights condo 15 percent over ask within five days of showing.

MARTA MALETZ

How’d they do that? Mike Davis and Marta Maletz believe a tempting $409,000 asking price and lengthy tax abatement is what attracted over 100 people to their first open house.

Unit 5 in the boutique condo at 180 19th Street (pictured top) has an open layout with “impressive” natural light, an updated kitchen, white oak hardwood floors and Manhattan views from a private balcony.

It’s location surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and attractions two blocks from the R Train was also a big draw.

MIKE DAVIS

The agents held their first open house five days after listing the unit and said they had a deal locked in within five days of showing.

Dun Chen of Vismth Homes on Staten Island, repped the buyer with the highest and best offer of $468,000.
