TV Guide makes switch to 50 Roc

Cushman & Wakefield announced that TV Guide Magazine, the nation’s largest television magazine, has signed a sublease at 50 Rockefeller Plaza.

TV Guide Magazine, a division of OpenGate Capital, will relocate from 11 West 42nd Street and occupy a total of 18,000 s/f on the entire 14th floor in a sublease from Bank of America.

TV Guide recently sublet its full floor space at 11 West 42nd Street to Michael Kors, which occupies several floors in the building. Glenn Markman of Cushman & Wakefield represented Michael Kors in the sublease.

A Cushman & Wakefield team led by David Glassman and Kelly Broderick, represented TV Guide. Cynthia Wasserberger and Mitch Konsker of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Bank of America in the transaction.

“50 Rockefeller offered TV Guide an excellent opportunity to move to a brand new space that was fully furnished in a premier location in Midtown with a prestigious address,” said Broderick.
