New Street Realty Advisors, LLC announced that Leake &Watts, a non-profit children and family services organization, has leased 10,000 s/f at 1751 PArk Avenue in East Harlem.
The organization will dedicate the space to one of its early childhood programs for children with developmental delays.
Joshua Kaufman, Matthew Gorman and Joshua Gettler of New Street Realty Advisors acted exclusively on behalf of the tenant in securing the long-term leasehold for the location.
The site, located at the southeast corner of East 122nd Street and Park Avenue in East Harlem, is comprised of 10,000 s/f on the second floor with a ground floor entrance.
Leake & Watts will take occupancy of the space immediately and anticipates an opening this fall.
