“We welcome these two new outstanding companies to Toringdon Office Park,” said Walker Collier, Managing Partner at Trinity Capital Advisors. “Having completed the most recent renovations at the property, we will continue to invest in upgrades that benefit our tenants and ensure them the best modern office and amenity-filled experience.”

The Auto Club Group – headquartered in Dearborn, Michigan – is the second largest AAA club in North America with more than 13 million members across 14 U.S. states, the province of Quebec and two U.S. territories. ACG will occupy a significant percentage of our business center, positioning the company to best serve the needs of this growing region.

Robby Kirby, Senior Vice President at MPV Properties represented the tenant. Rhea Greene, Jennifer Kurz, and Chase Merkel with Trinity Partners represented the landlord.

At Toringdon 4, the newly completed renovations include a full lobby transformation featuring a breakout area with soft seating and furniture for collaboration and connection, a coffee bar, and updated restrooms. In addition, the building entrance facade has been fully renovated and also now includes an outdoor seating area. Trinity Capital also delivered a 10,563 pre-built office suite with high-end modern finishes, open space and private offices as well as a large conference room and kitchen/breakroom.

Nearby at Toringdon 6, New Era Technology recently moved into its new space. The company is a global technology solutions provider, serving as a trusted adviser to more than 12,000 customers worldwide. New Era provides solutions and services to diverse industries including Global Enterprise, Banking & Finance, Smart Buildings & IoT, Healthcare, Education, and Government. The company had a need for an Operations Center and wanted to have a presence in the Charlotte area, a location it has been interested in expanding into. New Era currently has 40 employees.

Both tenants will be able to enjoy Bloom, a new service at Toringdon Office Park which was recently introduced by Trinity Partners. It is a tenant experience and activation program offering unique community programming, space rental opportunities and brings local and unique experiences onsite like movie and game nights, fitness classes and pop-up shops.

“We’re encouraged by the tenant response to Bloom and look forward to delivering more engaging experiences for the community at Toringdon,” said Collier.
