The Westly’s Limestone Façade Nears Completion on Manhattan’s Upper West Side

Adam America Real Estate and Northlink Capital, developers of The Westly, a 20-story boutique condo development located at 251 West 91st Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, today announced another construction milestone as the building’s limestone façade nears completion. Designed by ODA, The Westly’s limestone façade is comprised of off-set geometries layered in three-floor increments, giving a triple-height frame, and allowing oversized windows for residents–with most units having corner orientation.  

The chevron-patterned limestone panels currently enclose nearly the entire reinforced concrete structure on the north and south sides of The Westly. Punctuating the textured richness of the Upper West Side’s ubiquitous brownstones, the smooth brightness of limestone stands out with an inimitable quality. As the sun reaches The Westly’s extraordinary façade, this iconic NYC material dances with light, reflecting an ever-evolving perception of its silhouette.

The Westly features 52 residences for sale consisting of two- to five-bedroom homes, with select homes offering private outdoor terraces. The residences range in size from approximately 1,252 to 3,524 square feet, with asking prices starting at approximately $2.625 million for a two-bedroom to $13.5 million for a five-bedroom home. SERHANT., the multidimensional real estate brokerage founded by Ryan Serhant of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York, is handling marketing and sales for The Westly. 

Emanating the upscale and intimate feel of a private club, The Westly’s generous amenities include a rare rooftop pool with recreational and lounge areas; a 24-hour concierge with a grand double-height lobby and a stone clad, helix-shaped grand staircase; fitness center and yoga studio; lounge; children’s playroom; youth room for gaming; music room; bike room; live-in superintendent; and pet grooming station. The building is anticipated to be completed this summer.
