The Treeline Companies signed two new leases at 1225 Franklin Avenue Plaza in Garden City, NY.
Bessemer Trust Company, N.A., a wealth management firm, leased 14,553 s/f for its administrative offices. Kraig Silver of The Treeline Companies represented the owner, while Kyle Crennan and Chris Kraus of Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated on behalf of the tenant.
Fresenius Management Services, Inc. signed a new, 3,240 s/flease at the building on the 5th floor. The management arm of the company — which provides services for individuals undergoing dialysis – will use the space. Kraig Silver represented ownership, and Richard Caputi of Cresa Partners represented the tenant.
