SL Green Realty Corp. announced that five tenants have signed or renewed leases totaling 37,946 s/f at 600 Lexington.
The 303,515 s/f 36-story office building is being redeveloped by SL Green. “Our strategy was to execute a capital and re-positioning plan to attract a tenants seeking high profile, state-of-the-art space in an upscale boutique building, located just off Park Avenue next to the Four Seasons restaurant,” said Steven Durels, director of leasing and real property for SL Green.
The new leases include: Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP signed a 17,487 s/f lease. Transwestern’s Mimi Hockman and Kyle Williams represented the tenant; Transwestern Commercial Services New York LLC signed a 8,607 s/f lease in a deal negotiated by teh firm’s own Patrick Robinson and Lindsey Orenstein.
NetJets Services, Inc. signed a new 6,780 s/f lease . CBRE’s David Kleinhandler and Daniel Wilpon acted on behalf of the tenant; Nissan North America, Inc. took 6,780 s/f. CBRE’s Rocco Laginestra represented the tenant; George K. Baum & Company renewed its 3,292 s/f lease. MB Real Estate’s Konsteantine Sepsis at acted on behalf of the tenant.
Paul Glickman, Mitti Liebersohn, Frank Doyle, Alexander Chudnoff, Diana Biasotti, Jonathan Fanuzzi and Benjamin Bass of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord in each transaction.
