Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC, a full-service real estate firm specializing in property management, brokerage and consulting services, completed a 48,010-square-foot lease at 1115 Broadway for Taboola, Inc.
The world’s largest content discovery platform will use the seventh and eighth floors of the 12-story Flatiron District building as its New York City headquarters.
James Buslik and Jeffrey Buslik of Adams & Co. represented the landlord, Eleven Fifteen Associates, in the transaction. Jared Freede and Ben Friedland of CBRE represented the tenant.
