Swimwear company expands in midtown

In a transaction arranged by Savitt Partners, Longevity Brands, an international swimwear designer and manufacturer, has expanded its offices and showrooms at 250 West 39th Street. Savitt Partners’ Elliot Zelinger and Marc Schoen represented the tenant in the 10-year, 34,000 s/f lease. Alduwaliya US Real Estate, Inc., the owner of 250 West 39th Street, was represented by William Golden and Bill Fressle of Cushman & Wakefield.

Longevity Brands, which currently occupies the entire fourth and part of the third floors at the property, will surrender its existing leases and relocate and expand to the entire eighth, ninth and 17th floors. The swimwear company will also relocate its offices from 1410 Broadway to its new space at 250 West 39th Street. The asking rent at 250 West 39th Street is $56-per s/f.

“Our client needed additional space to accommodate its growing operations and wanted to house all its offices and showrooms under one roof to enable more efficient collaborations,” said Zelinger. “Longevity Brands plans to utilize the eighth and ninth floors for its offices and the entire 17th floor as a showroom. The company plans to move into its new space in the fall.”
