Schlamm welcomes Netmore Realty to City Connections

Earlier this month, Netmore Realty principle broker and co-founder, Mike Malul, brought his company over to City Connections Realty.

Mr. Malul had been the Broker and President of Netmore Realty for 5 years. Prior to opening his own firm, he worked in Queens for over 10 years in developments and sales. Malul decided to bring his firm to City Connections primarily to focus on working with clients instead of running a business.

“There are more resources available to us here at City Connections. Not only will those resources help my team and I provide better service to our clients, but I can focus on those relationships instead of worrying about the day-to-day operations of owning a business,” said Malul.

Along with Malul, salespersons Yair Nissim and Shareen Raikes also joined to new firm. Mr. Nissim brings several years experience to the team having owned his own successful property management and real estate company in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Ms. Raikes also has a storied real estate career, working in the past for Fortune 500 companies as a top sales producer. Both agents had been with Malul and Netmore Realty for three years.

Since joining CCRNY, Mr. Malul has brought two additional team members expanding the Netmore team at the new firm to five.

“Mike is a perfect example of the type of agent we think can really benefit from our business model,”said CCRNY President David Schlamm. “We can provide the support and services and run the business while you concentrate on building and maintaining those customer relationships.”

Malul is settling in well and has just listed a new sales exclusive with CCRNY at 322 West 57th for $2,900,000.
