Hurricane BTW is an expanding fast casual concept based off of the successful Hurricane Grill & Wings full-service restaurant concept. Hurricane Grill and Wings, with more than 62 restaurants throughout the US, is known for its jumbo wings, signature sauces and tropical, laid-back vibe. Hurricane BTW continues the tradition of the menu with a fast-casual concept.

“Woodland Park will be a flagship location to springboard our expansion throughout the metro NY market,” said Yogesh Dave, Area Developer for Hurricane BTW.

Woodland Park will be a larger than typical location at 3,000 square feet in order to take advantage of the Route 46 traffic volume of 127,000 cars per day and high population density with 491,000 people living within a five mile radius.

“Hurricane BTW is a great addition to Plaza 46, bringing new customers to an already busy shopping center anchored by Kohl’s and Fairway market,” said Jake Frantzman of Ripco Real Estate who represented the landlord in the transaction.

Hurricane BTW is currently expanding and actively seeking sites between 1,600 and 3,000 s/f in New Jersey and is now exclusively represented Ripco.
