Office suites company now open at 1WTC

Servcorp, an executive suites and virtual office provider, has begun pre-leasing space at its newest Manhattan location at One World Trade Center.
It signed its first deal with an international entrepreneur for an office with north facing views.
Servcorp will occupy the entire 85th floor – 34,775 s/f – of the iconic building. The new office space falls in line with Servcorp’s mission to place new offices in highly desired areas and at the most prestigious addresses throughout the world.
Scheduled to open in April 2015, Servcorp’s first office space was leased to Ali Chahrour, an international entrepreneur and partner of Frontier Consulting – a global consulting firm that aids American companies in entering and growing their business in the emerging markets of the Middle East and Southeast Asia. This will be Mr. Chahrour and Frontier’s first U.S. address.

“Not only will tenants benefit from operating out of such a renowned address and from Servcorp’s five star amenities and systems, it is also a special chance to embrace the ultimate office of the future.”
Australia-based Servcorp was founded in 1978 and offers 140 locations in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
