National Realty & Development Corp. (NRDC) announced that 11 transactions have been finalized totaling 199,235 s/f throughout its office and industrial portfolio.
NRDC owns and manages seven business parks in the New York and New Jersey region.
Preferred Fragrances, Inc. has extended its 102,500 s/f lease and added an additional 2,500 s/f, expanding its footprint to 105,000 s/f at the Northeast Business Center in Newburgh, NY.
Mondolez Global has also extended its lease for 60,143 s/f used for the distribution of the full line of Nabisco/Kraft cookies and crackers. Elizabeth Mansfield of Mansfield Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.
Hartford Insurance Company extended its 9,642 s/f lease at the Class A office building, Baker Waterfront Plaza in Hoboken, NJ. The company occupies the entire 7th floor. Carl Eriksen and Todd Ward from CBRE New Jersey represented the tenant.
Triad Media Solutions also extended its lease to 9,970 s/f to occupy the entire 8th floor.
New tenants at the building include Magnolia Innovation occupying 2,076 s/f on the 6th floor and Hoboken Wellness occupying 781 sf/ of space on the ground floor.
Two current tenants at Lions Head Office Park in Brick, NJ, expanded their current floor plans.
The Association for Multiple Impaired and Blind has expanded to 4,960 s/f and CRK Construction has expanded to 2,460 s/f. New tenants at Lions Office Park include Ocean County Medical Health (1,978 s/f), CWA Local 1088 (1,225 s/f) and Shore Nephrology (1,000 s/f).
