Keystone Property Group has named Colliers International exclusive leasing agent for Soundview, a newly repositioned office property located at 1266 East Main Street in Stamford.
The firm’s Ian Ceppos, Al Gutierrez and Cameron Paktinat – all of whom are based in Stamford – are heading the assignment to market the 180,000 s/f Class A asset.
Keystone Property Group acquired 1266 East Main Street in 2014 and recently completed a multi-million-dollar repositioning.
