CBRE has been appointed the exclusive leasing agent for The Annex at Doral Arrowwood, a 110,000 s/f facility in Purchase, NY, at 975 Anderson Hill Road.
The CBRE team of William Cuddy, Jr. and Jacqueline Novotny will oversee the prestigious leasing assignment on behalf of ownership.
