Non profit heads to Hell’s Kitchen

Cushman & Wakefield arranged a 12,208 s/f 15-year lease for Amnesty International at 311 West 43rd Street in Hell’s Kitchen.

The human rights advocacy organization is moving from 5 Penn Plaza and will occupy the seventh floor of the building. A Cushman & Wakefield team of Ethan Silverstein, Ron Lo Russo, Dan Organ and Anthony Cugini represented the landlord, DivcoWest.

The tenant was represented by Howard Nottingham, Allyson Bowen and Christina Bicks of Savills.

According to Siverstei, “The building’s efficient floor plate, loft-like feel and proximity to mass transporation proved to be selling points for the tenant.”
311 West 43rd Street is a 15-story office building that features exposed brick, oversized windows and 13 ft. ceilings.
