Located in the Greenwich Village Historic District between West 10th Street and Charles St., the boutique corner building features five full-floor residences, including a duplex penthouse with three private outdoor spaces.

The condominiums, crafted by BKSK Architects, will be offered by exclusive sales agents Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes of Douglas Elliman.

The ground floor of the building includes 85 feet of retail space along 7th Avenue South.

“It’s not every day that a special project such as this one hits the market in a highly coveted neighborhood like the West Village. We don’t expect this limited collection of thoughtfully designed residences to stay on the market very long,” said Gomes.

Jeffrey Simpson, head of Greystone Development, said, “The property celebrates townhome living with the accoutrements of new construction. It’s nestled amongst the finest global brands and independent shops, eateries from world renown chefs and spectacular access to culture, and is steps away from the new Whitney Museum and specialty galleries.”

The full-floor residences range in size from over 2,700 s/f to over 3,000 s/f in the two-story penthouse.

All of the three-bedroom homes offer private elevator entrances, private outdoor space, steel-framed windows, oil finished oak floors and 10 ft. living room ceilings.

Pricing starts at $6.6 million, with the project scheduled for completion by the end of 2016.
