Douglas Elliman brokers Maggie Keats and Jill Berman welcomed guests to a preview of their new construction listing at 87 Old House Lane at an event in Lane Toku at the Americana. Guests included architects Peter Keller and John Sandgren, builder Joe Nicotra of True North, and the interior designer Katherine McGowan, of Katherine Jessica Design. 87 Old House Lane is being marketed for just under $14 million.
