Models get bigger space

SL Green Realty Corp announced that IMG worldwide, a global leader in sports, fashion and media, has signed a 22,498 s/f expansion lease covering the entire 11th floor and a portion of the 2nd floor at 304 Park Avenue South, a 210,000 s/f 12-story office building in Midtown South.

IMG Worldwide is a leading agent for many of the world’s top fashion models, athletes and artists with business operations in 25 countries which include global licensing, event management and the IMG Academy.

“We were delighted to work with IMG who has expanded its commitment within the building to nearly 96,000 square feet,” said Steven Durels, executive vice president and director of leasing and real property for SL Green.

CBRE’s Michael R. Laginestra, Rocco Laginestra, Chirstopher Mansfield and Brian Dooley represented IMG Worldwide, while Howard J. Tenenbaum and Gary M. Rosen acted on behalf of SL Green in-house
