The tenant will now occupy the entire 17th floor and part of the 18th floor at the property. The law firm moved into 230 Park Avenue in 2007 and has increased its space in the building by 50% since then.

Monday Properties was represented in-house by Jordan Berger, director of leasing. 230 Park Avenue is co-represented by Paul Glickman, Frank Doyle, Jonathan Fanuzzi, and David Kleiner from Jones Lang LaSalle.
Leasing activity has been robust at the property. Management has signed over 340,000 s/f since March 2013.
Earlier this year, Reed Elsevier signed a new lease for the entire seventh floor, comprising 71,000 s/f. The company’s Lexis/Nexis information service is relocating its New York operations from 125 Park Avenue.

Anthony Westreich, CEO of Monday Properties, said, “With McKenna Long & Aldridge’s six-year history in the building, we were able to build on our existing relationship.
“The building and the space have already proven their value to the law firm. We are pleased that that McKenna Long & Aldridge will continue to office at 230 Park.”
The 34-story tower, located between 45th and 46th Streets, comprises 1.4 million square feet of Class A office space and is surrounded by Midtown’s finest restaurants, boutiques and hotels.
230 Park Avenue is a LEED-EB Gold certified building and overlooks Park Avenue. The building offers new premium pre-built suites, partial floor suites and full floor opportunities in the building.
The base floors have a 70,000 s/f floor plate and the tower provides a 21,000 s/f floor plate.
