Adams & Co. Real Estate brokered a 3,545 s/f new lease and 14,000 s/f renewal at 1071 Avenue of the Americas for David Peyser Sportswear.
David Levy, principal, represented the landlord, Ten Seventy One Associates, and the tenant in the transaction. Asking rent was $56 psf.
David Peyser Sportswear plans to use the space as general offices and showrooms for the sale of coats, outerwear and other apparel.
